Derek Ballard

Derek joined Nancy Ralph & Associates in 2007 after articling and practicing with two prominent Ontario Litigation boutiques. He has restricted his practice to acting on behalf of injured victims of negligence and their families since his graduation. Derek has experience representing plaintiffs for personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and medical malpractice, including obstetrical negligence.
